founders, Art Bradley and Don Wittmer, each a successful financial
professional with over 35 years of experience, formed Monarch Financial
Group with a singular purpose: to help business owners improve their
financial position.

Mr.
Wittmer is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He received a Masters
of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Loyola University in
Chicago.
He spent most of his business career with a Fortune 200 manufacturing
company where he held the position of Vice President-Controller.
Mr.
Wittmer has owned a number of service businesses, has been treasurer
of a hospital, president of the Chicago chapter of the Financial
Executive Institute, director of a savings and loan organization,
and president of a local country club. He has extensive experience
in the purchase and sale of businesses and can provide valuable
analytical insight into all aspects of a business.

Mr.
Bradley is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He received a Bachelor
of Science (BS) degree from DePaul University in Chicago. He spent
his entire career in public accounting. He has practiced both as
a sole owner and as a Managing Partner, most recently as a partner
in a regional CPA firm in the Chicago area.
Mr.
Bradley's expertise lies with providing accounting, tax and consulting
services to small and medium sized businesses. He has been a featured
speaker at conventions, conferences and seminars. He also developed
the Arthur Tax System and has had articles published in several
trade and business publications. He has also received the distinguished
member award from the Illinois CPA Society.

Mrs. Janice Papais is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She received
a BS in accounting from Indiana University. She began her business career
working for a large bank in Indiana and held a variety of positions over
a 12 year period; ranging from information technology, branch management,
assistant comptroller, to assistant vice president.
The next four years were spent working for a McDonald's supplier where she
started and ran a division dedicated to the financing and administration
of the Happy Meal program. Janice is a QuickBooks Pro-Advisor and assists
small businesses with their accounting and training needs. She also is an
independent advisor, working on special projects for Monarch Financial Group,
LLC, and is a part owner of Monarch Payroll Services, LLC.
